Return Policy
For returns from Canada and the US, there is a flat fee of $12.00. For Australia, Europe, and the UK, customers must return items at their own expense using their own courier, so we cannot provide a fixed return cost for those regions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Final sale items are also non-refundable. Products must be unused, in the original condition and with all tags attaches. Shoes must be returned in the original box. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear and tear.
